November 26, 2014 - Turkey Day Prep

I have tried my hardest to teach Jillian about Thanksgiving... this has proven to be the most difficult holiday so far to teach about. BUT I have hope for next year. :)

Night before last we had Mommy Daughter time and went to eat at McDonalds and then decided we wanted to go to the "animal store"! We just got a Cabella's so we had a blast in there! It was a nice basically free evening out!

She seriously makes me laugh! She is such a character!

Today, Gunnar had his 2 week check up and he is doing well. Gaining weight at a better than average amount which makes this mommy happy after his being in the hospital. I decided since he is ALWAYS happy when he is sleeping and not such much when he is awake I would snap his eye opening sleep time, and here is what we ended up with... ENJOY!

November 15-18, 2014 - Extended Stay at Scottish Rite Hospital

Gunnar scared us a bit with dehydration and was in the hospital for a few days recuperating. We are still unsure all the reasons this happened and are investigating things. 

I think he never latched properly and may have a tongue tie. Therefore he wasn't getting what he needed and ended up dehydrated. 

Poked and poked and poked some more this poor baby! He took it all so well.

He tried to pull his IV out of his hand so the nurse (as wonderful and bright as she was) put a diaper over it and he cuddled up to it and would try to eat it when he was hungry. He loves his hands by his face. Daddy says he is a boxer. :) So we called the diaper his boxing glove!

November 10, 2014 - Mommy Daughter Time

Before Gunnar was to be born I wanted to spend special time with Jillian so she could feel special.

October 25, 2014 - Halloween with the Cousins

We went to the mall tonight with our Barlow cousins to Trick Or Treat and they kids wore themselves and us out with all that running around the mall! It was a good time! Everyone looked so cute all dressed up!

We ate dinner at Steak and Shake afterward and Jillian threw it all down she was so hungry! It was hilarious, I swear she acted like the food was going to walk off her plate!

October 10, 2014 - Frozen on Ice!!

Minnie, Micky and friends started us off with a warm up dance! Mom was trying to be exciting for Jillian. She LOVED seeing Donald!!!

Twirly light! This thing was $22! But it came with a 2 year warranty so I guess that's ok... Sheesh!

It was cracking me up because Jillian kept acting like she had NEVER seen the movie and everything was a surprise to her. It was super cute though. Mom, Bekah and I had a great time watching her.
